1. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only for purchased products that are not working and cannot be fixed by our support team.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Approved refunds will be credited to your Zubkas Wallet (not to your original payment method).
Wallet credits can be used for any future purchase on zubkasline.com.
Non-Refundable Cases
We do not provide refunds for:
Products that are functioning as described.
Issues caused by incorrect installation, hosting/server configuration, or third-party conflicts.
Accidental or mistaken purchases.
Lack of knowledge in using WordPress, themes, or plugins.
2. Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are allowed only before the product is delivered (download link activated).
Once the product has been delivered/activated, cancellation will not be possible.
If you request cancellation before delivery, the full amount will be credited to your Zubkas Wallet.
3. Support Before Refund or Cancellation
Our team will first try to assist and resolve any issues you face. If the issue cannot be fixed, your refund or cancellation will be processed.
